hello all forum mates,we are approaching the finishing of a small hotel and bar construction in the quieter area of seminyak and the client expecting to open in early August. owner decided to rent out half of the small lobby area which has been built as a bar/coffee shop corner with bar counter, small kitchen, tables and chairs ready. The area is 24 sqm, an open bar (2 wall on the kitchen), set in a 4x14m open lobby right on the road side. The hotel is a 10 rooms villa style accommodation with swimming pool right beside the bar. if any of you interested to rent please pm/email me for more info and will direct you to the owner for further discussion.

Can be any threads you like. Post a comment. Problem solved just like that . .
